Shipping Policy
- We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

- We made two delivery attempts. Ensure the provided address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays or returns.
Refund Policy
- You may return your item within 3 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it's unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Contact our customer service team at support@wagonhorse.com to start the return process.
- Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet the criteria.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each
product. Exchanges are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as
incorrectly shipped or missing items. The product will be exchanged within one week of initiation.
EXCHANGE
We do offer exchange if you don't like our Product. The product should be in its original packaging, wrap, and with all things as originally came. Email us within 3 days after receiving the bag. For exchange buyer needs to bear all the shipping cost for sending and receiving the exchanged product.

All orders go through a stringent
quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have
received a damaged product, please notify us at Support@wagonhorse.com within 3 days
of receiving the order with the unboxing video where the seal with the label is clearly broken on camera. Without this video evidence, we will not entertain complaints of damage or incorrect items.
Unfortunately, we have encountered customer fraud in the past, where incorrect claims were made, and courier partners later provided proof of customer dishonesty. To prevent this, we require strict adherence to the unboxing video policy. Without it, we will not address any complaints regarding damaged or incorrect products.
We are a small business, and we will not tolerate threats such as "posting bad reviews" if we don’t exchange or return products for free. While we cannot stop such actions, we stand by our policies.
