How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually deliver products within 7–10 working days from the date of order. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances during transit.

Do you offer shipping within India?

Yes, we ship across India.

FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders (via UPI, debit/credit card, PayPal, net banking, or bank transfer).

Flat ₹100 Shipping Fee on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

How will I know if my order has been placed and shipped?

You will receive order-related emails in two stages:

Order confirmation once you place the order.

Shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is dispatched.

You can track your package through the courier’s website using this code.

What if I miss the delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to our studio. Additional fees will apply for reshipping.

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct, and someone is available to receive the package

Can I request express shipping?

Yes! If you need express shipping, please email us at support@wagonhorse.com with the subject line: EXPRESS SHIPPING. We’ll share the additional charges based on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order only if it hasn't been dispatched yet. To cancel, email us at support@wagonhorse.com. Please note: No cancellations are accepted once the product has been shipped. We do not issue refunds on cancellations. However, you can: Exchange it for another product of the same or higher value (by paying the difference). Request a credit note valid for 2 months, which you can redeem on a future purchase.
