What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time, craftsmanship, and effort that goes into each product.
Are any exchange policy?
Exchanges are only applicable in cases of fulfillment errors, such as missing, damages or incorrectly shipped items. Once approved, your exchange will be processed within one week of initiation. Each Wagon Horse piece undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch. Minor variations in texture or color are natural characteristics, not defects. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective wraps intact.
- You must email us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Share an open-box unboxing video as proof.
